Passticks.com Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Passticks. If you're under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Ticket Purchases

When you buy a ticket through Passticks:

  • You enter into an agreement with the event organizer, not Passticks
  • All ticket sales are subject to the organizer’s refund and event policies
  • We process payments through Stripe; by purchasing, you agree to their terms as well

We are not responsible for event changes, postponements, or cancellations, though we may assist in communication where possible.

4. Organizers and Events

If you are an event organizer:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your event listings and ticket pricing
  • You must fulfill the services you advertise (e.g., admission, merchandise, add-ons)
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We may remove or restrict access to any event that violates our policies or the law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Passticks for unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of our service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Passticks (excluding user-generated content) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute content from our site without written consent.

7. Platform Availability

We aim for uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend or modify the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

8. Disclaimers

  • Passticks is a facilitator between buyers and event organizers
  • We do not guarantee event quality, accuracy, or availability
  • We are not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of the Platform or attendance at events

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passticks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Passticks, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Passticks at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform or its users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyrpus. Any disputes arising from your use of Passticks shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or site notification.
