Yes. You can add Booking Protection to your order.
This will vary and it is at the discretion of the event organiser. However, in many cases ticket types will range from standard tickets to VIP packages.

We’d recommend selecting the event you’re interested in and viewing the ticket options that are available for that event.

If you have purchased an e-ticket, you will receive this via email and/or within your account area. Note: this may be at the discretion of the event organiser.

We offer an array of payment methods that we hope suits your needs. These include: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
Yes. Many event organizers we partner with offer flexible financial plans to help you spread the payment via monthly installments. Payment plans can be exclusive to particular ticket types at the discretion of the event organizer. Each ticket eligible for payment plans will be marked clearly on the event’s listing page. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review these ticket types and read more about our payment plans.
Yes. You can pay off your remaining balance at any time.
In many cases, a full refund will be available should you opt in for Booking Protection. For a small fee, this will allow you to secure protection on your order. Meaning, you’re protected in case you cannot make the event you have booked for.
Unfortunately, Booking Protection is only available to those who purchase a ticket outright.
This may happen should your card be declined or have insufficient funds. Should your payment fail, we will send an automated email warning you of this. We will then proceed to attempt payment again. Should you fail for the second time, another automated email will go out and you will have 48 hours to make payment or provide an alternative payment method. Should you fail for a third time, your payment plan may be cancelled and you will not receive the barcodes or a refund for any paid Instalments.

You can reset your password anytime. Simply go onto the account page where you login and click “reset password”. Follow the instructions given to you via email and you can reset your password successfully.
You are able to delete your account in your account page, at the bottom select the option 'delete account'. Please note this will remove all of your personal data and to recover this will need admin assistance.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. At the bottom of any email you receive, you will find a link to unsubscribe from our mailing list. Simply click this link and follow the instructions.

However, we’d strongly advise you to enquire by submitting the form on the page. This will allow us to gather all the relevant information about your event and discuss in more detail how we can assist and grow your event, together.
